Responsibilities

  • Heavy data entry & filing
  • Track files that are removed in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned.
  • Modify and improve filing systems, or implement new filing systems.
  • Find and retrieve files in response to requests from authorized users.

Requirements

– Excellent Communication, both verbal and written

– Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency

– Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines

– Ability to find work and resolution to problems under minimal supervision

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

– High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
