I.T. Support Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating systems
• Oversee daily performance of company computer system and perform repairs when needed
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
• Attend professional training programs to keep up with new technologies
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
• Perform minor repairs and/or order parts for computers to complete repairs
• Analyze and recover technology systems
• Configuration of computer hardware and software
• Monitor security of all technologies
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned


• Bachelor’s or similar Degree in a computer related field
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• working knowledge of VPN, Networking, Cloud computing require
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Ability to multitask, working in additional hours or 24 * 7 support Environment
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, operating systems, and basic computer programs
• Excellent decision making ability
• Ability to diagnose hardware and/or software problems

Additional Information

Office Environment
Minimum travel required as needed to various locations.
